After going on some fun getaways this summer, Ethan is using his vacation photos as references for new artwork. His photos include scenes from Pennsylvania and Tennessee. According to Ethan, his favorite place that he went to this summer was Scooby Doo Golf in Tennessee.  His favorite activity was going down the waterslides at the Great Wolf Lodge. He had a great time getting ice cream at Sonic, bowling, golfing, going to the arcade, and of course, going down the waterslides. Even though it took a while to get to Tennessee, it was exciting to see real bears! Now that Ethan is back in the studio, he is hard at work, drawing his way through his vacation photos.

Woody has a similar process of collecting photos from events to use as drawing references. For Woody, it is centered around fashion! Every year, Woody attends multiple fashion weeks around the region. He is a lover of fashion, and it is apparent with his portfolio of fashion drawings. Typically, Woody works using magazines, but after a fashion week of inspiration, he is excited to use his own photos. This year, he has been to Philly, NYC, and Atlantic City fashion weeks. He has been going for the last 19 years, so at this point some of the models know him.

Both Ethan and Woody apply these personal and exciting experiences to their artwork. Look out for new artwork, either inspired by their travels or not!
