Travel and adventures of all kinds are favorite topics for reflection and sharing amongst Make Studio artists. Tony LaBate and Louis Middleton hope you enjoy learning about their recent spring trips!
Tony shared: “I traveled to Yosemite for my brother’s wedding this spring and stayed at a place that was cozy if you were the seven dwarves. I explored the park with my family and had a dark chocolate candy bar. The last place I went, Cooperstown, twenty-one years ago for my brother’s baseball tourney, was comfortable if you were the Sanderson Sisters from the movie Hocus Pocus!”

Tony’s best piece of travel advice: “Explore the museums. Eat out. Say yes to dark chocolate Oreos and candy bars. And say yes to Fish and Chips!”
Louis shared: “I traveled to Orlando, Florida to Walt Disney World and to Hollywood Studio and to Magic Kingdom, as well. I went to Animal Kingdom, to Epcot, and to Disney Springs. Also, then I had a new vacation in Nashville, Tennessee. Nashville, Tennessee is famous for country singers and country music. There’s a Grand Ole Opry there, and Ryman Auditorium, and Country Music Hall of Fame Museum.”

Louis’s best piece of travel advice: “If you’re traveling to Ocean City, don’t miss the Boardwalk because there’s rides and riding bikes. And, of course there’s sandcastles and going swimming in the ocean!”
Wishing you and your families and friends safe, fun travels, too!
